EOTA was created out of necessity. David "Poppy" Sanderson has been employed as an Athletic Trainer for over 30 years and witnessed first-hand the highs and the lows of the student athlete.

When a student athlete becomes ineligible because of poor grades, it is the most disapointing situation. No matter the reason, this occurs far too regulary and the pattern is troublesome and cause for real concern.

EOTA focuses on a student athlete's greatest asset beyond sports:
